Kitchenette with mini fridge & small appliances; smart TV (login required for streaming); curtained dressing room for makeup, hair & wardrobe styling with basic beauty supplies; a low light DND pod/tent, selfie spots!

Accessibility Notes:

• STUDIO: Basement level (elevator available, host can operate); controlled light (intensity & color); controlled sound (music or other); earplugs & low light spaces available. Variety of cushioned & non-cushioned seating options. No windows – open door with multiple fans & air purifier for circulation.
• BUILDING: Ramp can be made available to access the front entrance on S. William St. Rear entrance on Spring St has stairs just beyond entryway.
• PARKING: Free, paved & marked off street parking lot, with reserved parking, spaces for electric vehicles, and a bike rack.
